Cybersecurity Engineer
(FDA Industry Focus)
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Engineer with experience in the FDA industry to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the security and compliance of our healthcare solutions, with a focus on FDA regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cybersecurity assessments and audits of our healthcare products and systems to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and implement cybersecurity controls and strategies to mitigate risks and protect sensitive data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security requirements into product development lifecycles.
- Perform threat modeling and risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities and recommend remediation actions.
- Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats, regulations, and best practices relevant to the FDA industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with a focus on the FDA industry.
- In-depth knowledge of FDA regulations such as 21 CFR Part 11 and industry standards like ISO 13485.
- Proficiency in cybersecurity tools and technologies, including vulnerability assessment tools, SIEM solutions, and encryption methods.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex cybersecurity issues and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
